It All Starts With A Clean Stencil Print...
No one wants defects, especially those caused by poor solder application. The proper transfer of solder paste is especially critical for stencils that have small apertures. Paste can build up on the bottom side of the stencil and on the aperture walls which will lead to insufficient stencil printing and ultimately a defective final assembly.
KYZEN produces several proven cleaning agents to assist in this process, whether it is manual (hand wipe), on-printer (under stencil wipe), or an offline cleaning machine process. Our cleaning experts are available to work with you directly helping to optimize your stencil cleaning and printing process which will lead you to the best print quality and process yields.
